Want an iPad Mini but you’re not sure it really fits into your already many-screened gadget line-up? Soundwaves of Tampa have an idea. Why not use it to turn your car stereo into an iDevice?
The iPad Mini only went on sale this morning, but these guys had a custom dash in a 2012 Toyota Corolla all prepared, and it looks like the slide-to-install method worked out just fine. This is a custom job, so it’s not really anything you could do, or even have done, but it’s a neat idea. That is, until changing your Facebook runs you off the road. At least you can take the Mini when you bail out. [9to5Mac]
